Greater Boulder Property Maintenance and Construction is a small, owner-operated team based in Longmont, CO. We've been serving Boulder County and surrounding areas since 1999 — that's 27 years of property maintenance, handyman work, staining, pressure washing, snow removal, and just about anything else a home or property needs.

We have long-time customers who have become genuine friends over the years — some have been with us for 15 to 20 years. That kind of trust doesn't come from advertising. It comes from showing up, doing the work right, communicating honestly, and caring about the outcome as much as the homeowner does.

K-LOVE Radio

We donate part of our profits monthly to K-LOVE, a nonprofit Christian radio network that plays only positive, encouraging music. K-LOVE is often the only radio station the Bureau of Prisons allows in its facilities — sometimes the only station available at all. We support them because everyone deserves access to hope and encouragement, no matter where they are.

9NEWS Word of Thanks

Every month we donate to Word of Thanks, a micro-giving campaign run through Denver’s Channel 9. Each week they highlight a fully vetted Colorado nonprofit and ask viewers to give five dollars or more. We’ve helped fund adaptive playgrounds for kids with disabilities, shower and laundry trailers for people experiencing homelessness, search-and-rescue gear for first responders and their dogs, interview suits for young men landing their first jobs, sous chef training for women coming out of drug court — the list goes on. Every dollar stays local and helps our neighbors directly.

Care Bags on the Road

Our company truck and van carry small bags stocked with toiletries, hats, gloves, hand warmers, ChapStick, and snacks. If we see someone who looks like they could use a hand, we have something ready to give — enough to help get through the night. Anyone is welcome to flag down one of our vehicles or reach out when they see us working in the community. It’s a small thing, but small things add up.
